WINEMAKING DATA
The base wines of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir were fermented separately, once completed a final master blend was created and bottled to start aging and riddling process for one year. Dosage was 4g/L and the aged an additional year prior to release.
WINEMAKER NOTES
Vibrant gardenia and citrus dominate the automatics. Followed by subtle notes of ripe peach and baking spices. Dry with crisp balanced acidity, brioche, toasted pine nuts, ruby-red grapefruit, stone, peach, meyer lemon and hint of minerality. Total production 392 cases.
VINTAGE NOTES
Mostly from the 2020 vintage; the Sonoma fruit was picked prior to the devastating fires of 2020 and the central coast fruit hung on the vine to near perfection prior to picking.
